Perimenopausal and Menopausal Regime...
Deborah Scott explains, "As my skin began to change, it became more thirsty. Which was crazy, seeing I always had oily skin when I was younger. So I created specific complexes with key actives, including Damiana and Galangal, known to help menopausal conditions.
My skin became smoother, more rested and less dull very quickly. I teamed these with pre and probiotics and key anti-ageing actives. I also wanted more results in the anti ageing department, so we created other ranges like Evolution and Advanced that can be used together.
Some of the formulas include high levels of Ceramides, high-grade Tetra C (Vitamin C), and Collagen Boosting. My skin looks and feels fantastic - so can yours."
AM
1. Start with a cleanser. If you prefer gels, try Diamond Blue. If you need nurturing, then go for Crème Cleanser. I tend to switch depending on my skin's needs. I use a booster afterwards, either
2.The Matrix Retinol Alternative or Phoenix, which I use over my entire face, not just around my eyes. It's incredible!. Then I either use 3. Hydra Veil and then 4. C3 Ceramide Moisturiser.
Then PM, I use Flash Balm or Cleansing Ritual and then Pro Serum.
WEEKLY
Finally, I use the new Zen glycolic peel weekly, which is gentle and incredible at lessening my dark spots and lines.
