  • Monday - Thursday: Orders received before 11:00 AM are prioritised for same-day dispatch.
  • Friday & Weekends: To prevent formulations sitting in transit hubs, orders placed after 11:00 AM Thursday may not be dispatched until the following Monday.
  • The Goal: Once dispatched via our trusted rapid courier, you should normally receive your parcel the next working day.
