How Do I use exosomes?

We recommend using them alongside your serum, not as a replacement.

Use them after cleansing ideally when the skin is slightly damp from cleansing. And before using your serum.

Then you can continue to layer as thinly as possible your serum and moisturisers and SPF.

You may of noticed an "exo mask" Exosome. You would apply this after cleansing at night and then layer with your other usual products serum and moisturiser and then remove in the morning as part of your cleansing routine.

Exo Restore improves skin health, collagen thickness, and collagen density. Collagen is a key structural protein that provides support and elasticity to the skin. In eczema, rosacea, acne and poor skin health changes in collagen and degradation can impact the skin barrier's integrity.

Collagen is the main protein of connective tissues, such as skin, bone, tendon and ligament. Fibroblasts treated with Exo Restore at 0.01% and 0.1% demonstrated potent increases in collagen synthesis of 3% and 20%.

Scratch Test

Fibroblasts treated with 0.01% Exo Restore showed increased cell migration and were able to close the scratch wound at a rate comparable to the positive control (Epidermal Growth Factor 1) and significantly better than untreated fibroblasts. After 48 hours, Exo Restore achieved 100% wound closure, while the other treatments closed only 84% and 37%.

Exosomes attach to cell membranes to deliver their cargo. While most Exosomes come from stem cells, human cells or animal. Skin-rg's Exo Vitalise are naturally sourced and have been shown through microscopy to go through the layers of the skin and enhance the skin.

Over a 4 week period Exo Vitalise was applied at 5% and trialed with a base lotion on the left eye and Exo Vitalise on the right eye. After the four week period skin pigmentation and dark circle intensity was reduces from 43.0 to 34.1. on the right eye with no change on the left.
