How to use & try me with...
Step 1. I like to cleanse with Evening Star first and while the skin is still slightly damp from cleansing I then apply a couple of drops of The Matrix Natural Retinol and then I use Night Blossom.
Open the Night Blossom Pot and remove 1-2 pea-sized amounts with clean hands. I then begin my sleep routine with the 4-6 Breathing Technique.
Step 2. 4-6 Breathing Technique-
Sit comfortably in a chair or lying in your bed.
- Close your eyes. And allow your body to relax.
- Inhale deeply through your nose for four seconds, counting each second.- Exhale fully through your nose for six seconds, counting each second.
Top Tip: Practice for a few minutes, increasing to twice daily and up to 10 minutes. Or add me to your morning routine. Breathing techniques help you relax: The longer exhale signals your body to relax, promoting a sense of calm and mental well-being.
