We always recommend that you use the product within six months of opening. and by the best-before date.

We use an ophthalmically approved preservative called Benzyl Alcohol DHA. Meaning this is approved for use around the eyes. Our products do not contain multiple preservation systems as we prefer not to use harsh artificial ingredients.

Our preservative Benzyl DHA Alcohol is approved under the Soil Association, unlike other common preservatives such as Phenoxyethanol and Parabens, which are not permitted in Soil Association Formulations. For more about ingredients that are "banned by us" please follow the clickable link. Benzyl Alcohol DHA is not the same as consumable "alcohol" (ethanol) and is kind to the skin.

Other signs that the skincare you are using is not working can be clogged pores, rashes or milia.

Instead, we prefer to give you fantastic value rather than a high water product that "costs less" in the short term but will cost more in the long term, not only to your skin but also to your pocket.

As a general rule of thumb, use half of what you would typically and in fact, if you find its not absorbing you need to use less. Begin with half a pump and then add more if you need it.
